Return and exchange policies

All products sold are NO Returnable, NO Refundable.
However, exceptions may be made in cases where the buyer had a valid, inevitable reason for
withdrawing such as quality issue, damaged products.
For issues concerning defective products, please feel free to contact our customer service
directly for goods return.
In the event of miss delivery, such as customer provides incorrect address, missing information,
the package will return to Japan.
Customer is responsible for any missing or incorrect information provided, and the extra
shipping costs may be charged if ask to ship the products again.
